My Nursing Philosophy
To be a patient is to be vulnerable, so as a nurse, I want to convey love, acceptance, and assurance. I will serve my patients joyfully and wholeheartedly, and I will embrace diversity. I want people to feel confident and comfortable in their care, knowing I maintain a vested interest in their overall health and well-being. My education is the foundation of my nursing care, and it then builds from the knowledge I have of making care personal and developing a connection with my patients. By being genuine and empathetic, I aim to impact patients in such a way that they recognize their own personal value and self-worth.
